In fact, research has found that physical exercise can help with attention, learning and mood regulation as well as, if not better than, medication!
We offer one-on-one personal training, adapted specifically to your present fitness levels, goals and needs. In addition, we offer fitness and yoga classes, including body sculpting, plyometrics, and interval training for both general and special needs populations.
